Listen to Robert's message now!

Hi, my name is Robert Speicher and I'm the founder, owner and President of NextLevel OmniMedia, LLC and co-founder, co-owner and President of NextLevel OmniSports, LLC. My partner in NextLevel OmniSports is my cousin Scott Speicher (a sports enthusiasts like myself).
But, before getting into the details of the NextLevel businesses and the dedicated NextLevel Resource Centers that will help you reach new horizons a brief background on myself:
My formal education and professional career was focused on technology. You see my formal education consists of under graduate degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Electronic Engineering Technology. My professional career consisted of 17 years in the AT&T Bell Laboratories / Lucent Technologies system holding several engineering and management positions. In my last management position: I oversaw 2 technology groups, 12 engineers, and multi-million dollar operating budgets and million dollar capital budgets for lab equipment and parts. You see, the technology our business group was developing is what is now called BROADBAND. You guessed it, high-speed internet, video-on-demand, and voice-over-internet (VoIP) services. But, as everyone now knows the dot.com bubble burst, the build out of broadband fiber optic networks exceeded demand and we had the Tele-Communication melt-down starting around mid to late 2000. So in 2001, with Lucent Technologies losing money faster then anymore could ever imagine for an off-spring of then bell-weather AT&T, Lucent went into the one of the biggest down-sizing exercises of any US company in modern history. Over the next 2 years, Lucent dropped its workforce from 125,000 worldwide to around 35,000 and sold or spun off several of its business units. In July 2001, I was forced to let go all of my staff and asked to develop a new business model that outsourced all the functions that were being done internally under my leadership. Over the next year, I made that successful transition, as painful as it was since I had let go good people, many of them close personal friends. I saw the GOOD in corporate America and now the BAD.
During the next year I started to think about my career and my life after Lucent. I knew with the out-sourcing it would just be a matter of time until I would no longer be needed. My job would move over seas (for cheap labor) just like the jobs formally held by my employees. And as I predicted, in September of 2002 I was told my services were no longer needed since everything had been transitioned off-shore and they were transferring the management of these activities to the off-shore partner as well.
But, during that painful last year at Lucent I started to formulate the foundation and business plans for what is now NextLevel OmniMedia. I knew I wanted to do something as an entrepreneur where I could work for myself (17 years in corporate America was enough), where my hard work would benefit me (not a few greedy executives), and I wanted the flexibility to work when I wanted and where ever I wanted. The million-dollar question was "what business could I start myself, with minimal investment, and operate in any area of my choosing?" So after some careful thinking I came back to what I knew best. Technology broadband technology to be more specific. But, I didn't want to start another technology company I wanted a new challenge but wanted to use the technology I helped develop and test. Plus I knew three facts about broadband technology:
- The internet is growing more users are coming onto the internet each year.
- The percentage of internet users using broadband internet services (cable or DSL) is growing each year.
- The percentage of internet users conducting business over the internet (ie: e-commerce) is growing each year.
But what is important about those three statements is that they are TRUE I didn't care at what percentage each area is growing just that they are growing. After all, the entire Tele-Communications collapse was caused by over aggressive predictions for internet growth. I didn't want to play that game again.
So, after all this analysis what business did I choose to start: an internet marketing business. It met all my criteria and I believe the internet is the great equalizer for business (it allows a small or home based business to appear larger and compete with larger companies).
Now, knowing my path, I started to self-educate myself; buying books and home study courses, trying the methodologies, seeing what worked and want didn't work. After, losing my job in September of 2002, I accelerated my learning process by spending day and night reading, studying and testing. This became my full-time passion instead of a part-time hobby. In 2003, I sold my condo in New Jersey and moved back to my home town of Robesonia, Pennsylvania. I then founded NextLevel OmniMedia, and started to lay out the business plan. I know what you're thinking, not another person trying to sell a "how to make money on the internet" product. But, that is where NextLevel OmniMedia is different than all those other companies selling "get rich quick" books and courses. Except for winning the lottery, I don't know of any course that will make you rich overnight with no or little work. Let me be honest with you, it will take some work, it will take time to build your business and profits, BUT it is possible. You need the right techniques and secrets along with your motivation and actions and you to can achieve the success you've always dreamed about.
In one of the first books I read: Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad Poor Dad" he talks about business and investing being team sports. Here is what he says:
My Poor Dad often said, "What you know is important."
My Rich Dad said, "If you want to be rich, who you know is more important that what you know."
Rich Dad explained further saying, "Business and investing are team sports. The average investor or small-business person loses financially because they do not have a team. Instead of a team, they act as individuals who are trampled by very smart teams."
With this "team" concept in mind, I set out to form my internet business team my business roundtable of advisors as I call them. But, as I was doing my research to determine who I wanted on my team I realized there where other areas in my life that I needed to address and improve on if I was truly going to be successful in business. I came across the whole area of self-help or personal development. After all I wanted to live the life of my dreams not just by having business success but by living a well-balanced lifestyle.
So with that underlying principle, NextLevel OmniMedia was founded.

Your partner in success!
For all you sports enthusiasts, I didn't forget about you. In January, 2004, my cousin Scott approached me and asked if I would be interested in joining forces with him and starting up a sports business with a focus on golf. Since we were little kids, Scott and I dreamed about owning a golf business together so how could I say no. Over the next few weeks, we developed the business plans and launched NextLevel OmniSports, LLC. OK, I hear you, here are our pictures (boy it was tough getting Scott off the golf course to take his picture.)
